Summary: Great rental! We spent 2 weeks at the Family Retreat. We love Harwich and it was so close to our favorite beach, Pleasant Road. Quiet neighborhood, house was amazing and kitchen had everything you needed. Check in so easy with the passcode, and great to have the AC on the warmer days.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house! It is centrally located and perfect for a family of five – it could comfortably hold at least two more if not 4 with the pullout couch in the basement. This property was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, and just perfect for our needs on vacation! Will definitely book again!

Summary: This home is exceptionally clean, and the pictures are very accurate. The beach was a three minute drive from the home and the owner supplied enough household samples to get you started the first couple of days. The yard was immaculate, and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. Would definitely rent here again!

Summary: The check-in was seamless. All was exactly as portrayed on the listing. House was very clean with good quality bedding and towels. Large and lush yard with nice fire pit. Very quiet neighborhood - close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend staying at this property.

Summary: The only complaint is that check in was difficult and frustrating. The digital door lock is unlike anything I've every used and the person I spoke with didn't fully explain how it worked. After that is was smooth sailing. Harwich is a lovely town, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, the house was every bit as good at the pics. Now that I know how the lock works I would absolutely go again.
